I call my clients “frients”.

My goal with the people I photograph is to really know them and have relationship with them. I love when I get to know them so well, they become my friends. That connection is incredibly important for me. Not only does it show in your pictures when your comfortable with me, but I have zero interest in just being paid for my work and walking away. That’s not why I do what I do.

I’ve been there for births, the moments before loved ones have passed away, the joining of two lives starting forever, and so many more personal experiences that leaves me feeling personally connected. I can’t be apart of these and not have them leave a lasting empact on my life.

I’ve been so blessed by you guys so I wanted to share what I love about you guys!

1. Ask me for clothing advice! I had soooooo many texts and messages this week asking for wardrobe advice for pictures. I love that. I love that you think to ask me and know how important that is. I love that your comfortable enough to involve me in that decision.

2. Sharing their wedding excitement. I have had quite a few brides who just email me randomly to share their pre-wedding excitements. Sometimes it’s the shoes they’ve picked out or the results from their cake tasting. It’s awesome to have someone be excited about those details with you and I LOVE it! I love hearing about it and knowing what you enjoy. I love celebrating with you guys!

3. Seeing you in public. It’s so much fun to see you guys out and about. If you ever see me and I don’t see you, please come say hi. There is a very good chance I have a couple of screaming children at my side, but don’t let that hold you back. I love having a little chat in Target or your favorite restaurant.

4. The gifts you’ve given me. I by no means ever expect anything from my clients EVER, but wow when I get them does it make me feel amazing. I love my growler, flowers, hair bows for my kids, gifts for my kids, spinach/artichoke dip (a bride called the restaurant she knew I would be at and had some brought to our table), cakes, etc. I mean seriously I am the last person you should be thinking about yet you guys do it all the time. You bless me so!

5. The encouraing words. When I get your emails, texts and messages about how much you love your pictures, it makes my day. I love to make you guys happy through your images and your experience with me. Thanks for letting me know!

My business exists because of my awesome clients. I love you guys and am grateful for the ways you make me smile!
