I’ve ALWAYS wanted to be apart of a surprise engagement. I would do anything to have had that moment documented! So when Alicia’s mom called me and asked if I would do it, I was a little more than ecstatic! Do you know how hard it is for me to keep a surprise a secret!? I am the girl who wants people to open their birthday presents like a month before. I can’t handle the suspense and excitement.
I wonder if Alicia noticed my lack of eye contact with her the ENTIRE session. I just knew I’d give it away with one look. But we managed to get through the session and when I gave Tommy the signal, he got down on one knee and before he could even ask Alicia flew into his arms kissing him and said YES! That’s when Tommy says, “but I didn’t even ask you yet.” Such an incredible movie type event.
These guys are head over heels crazy for each other. I am not sure I’ve seen people grin as hard as they were that evening.
